We start with user scenarios and business metrics, not with a list of screens. We think over a quick login, clear navigation, key actions and interface states so that the application solves the problem without unnecessary steps.
We connect the mobile application with backend, CRM, payments, maps, analytics and internal services. If necessary, we create an administrative panel to manage users, content, orders and notifications.
We launch the first version with key value, test it on real devices, prepare builds and support publication. After the release, we analyze user behavior and develop the product based on data.
At the start, we record the goal, sources of applications, client scenarios and points where the team wastes time. After that, we propose an implementation that helps to receive requests faster and process them without chaos.
