It describes what data ArtGate receives through the site, why it is needed and how it is used when processing applications.
This privacy policy applies to the ArtGate website and applications that users submit through forms on the site.
By using the site and submitting an application, the user agrees to the processing of data under the terms of this policy.
Through the application form we can receive the name, phone number, email, selected project type and a message describing the task.
The site can also save technical data: IP address, browser user-agent, login page, referrer and UTM tags of the advertising campaign.
The data is used to contact the user, clarify the task, prepare a proposal, estimate the timing and cost of the project.
UTM tags and technical data help to understand which advertising channel the application came from and improve the performance of the site and advertising.
ArtGate does not sell or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
Data can be processed through technical services necessary for the operation of the site: hosting, database, Telegram notifications, form protection and analytics.
We store requests for as long as necessary to process the request, communicate with the client and maintain an internal history of requests.
Access to applications is limited to the admin panel, credentials and additional access verification.
The site may use cookies and similar technologies for analytics, correct operation of forms, spam protection and measurement of advertising effectiveness.
When running advertising campaigns, Google Analytics, Google Ads and other analytics tools may be used in accordance with their data processing rules.
The user can request clarification, deletion or restriction of the processing of their data by sending an email to ArtGate.
If the data is no longer needed to process the application or fulfill the agreements, we will delete it within a reasonable time.
